From Cart to Completion: How Our Installation Process Works

The only full-service acoustic panel solution in Melbourne. We can supply, deliver, and install so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Step 1: 

Once you have decided on your panel color, then Secure Your Panels

It starts with our simplified online booking system.

  1. Select Your Finish: Choose from our four signature timber veneers.

  2. Enter Your Quantity: Not sure how many you need? Use our simple panel calculator on the shop page.

  3. Customize Your Fit-Out: Tell us about your wall during check out. Select the number of power points & light switches we need to work around. This helps our installers prepare the right tools for your specific job. You will also be prompted to upload photos of you wall during check out. 

  4. Secure Your Stock: Pay $165 per panel (inc GST) plus a $90 Flat freight fee, no matter how many panels you have ordered. If you wish to save on shipping, there is an option to pick your panels up at no charge. All installation costs are payable, including costs for power point cut outs, after the install has been completed. We will provide you with an estimate of these costs at checkout.

Step 2: 

Scheduling & Delivery

Once your order is placed, our Project Coordinator will contact you within 24 hours.

  1. Fast Turnaround: Because we hold stock locally in Melbourne, we can typically install within 5–10 business days of your order.

  2. The Date: We lock in a specific installation date that suits you.

  3. Delivery: Your panels will be delivered the day of, or a day prior to our scheduled installation date.

Step 3: 

Installation Day                                  

On the day, our install specialist will arrive to transform your space. We don't just "glue and go"—we follow a strict 5-point protocol:

  1. Site Protection: We lay drop sheets to protect your existing flooring and furniture.

  2. Laser Precision: We use laser levels to ensure the first panel is dead straight—critical for the vertical slat aesthetic.

  3. The "Fit-Off" Difference: If you have power points or a mounted TV, we don't just cut a rough hole. We carefully measure, cut, and reinstate your faceplates and brackets so they sit flush and look like an architectural feature, not an afterthought.

  4. Seamless Joins: Our installers are trained to minimize visible seams between panels for a continuous flow of timber grain.

  5. Clean Up: We vacuum, remove all packaging waste, and wipe down the panels.

Step 4: 

The Reveal & Final Payment

We don't ask for the final balance until you have seen the result.

  1. Walkthrough: Our installer will walk you through the finished wall to ensure you are 100% happy.

  2. Adjustment: If we needed to cut around extra power points that weren't in your original order, we will adjust the final total on the day.

  3. Final Payment: Pay remaining $85 per panel (Inc GST) and $50 (Inc GST) for each light switch or power point cut around. Variations only apply if your wall differs from selections and must be confirmed before charging.

  4. Warranty: Your 1-Year Workmanship Warranty activates immediately upon payment.
