TimberLuxe Installations Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area and the Mornington Peninsula. We offer a flat shipping cost for panel orders, regardless of quantity. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier. Any delivery estimates displayed at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Flat Rate Sample Shipping Sample orders incur a flat $15 shipping fee per order, whether you select one sample or the full set of four.

Delivery Address & Access Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that safe, clear access is available for delivery vehicles. Due to the size and weight of acoustic panels, deliveries are generally kerbside. If a re-delivery, redirection, or special handling is required due to incorrect details or restricted access, additional charges may apply.

 

Inspecting Your Delivery (Important) Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, please note this with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, items are missing, or you believe the wrong item was supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue (including packaging where relevant)

• A short description of the discrepancy

 

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
