TimberLuxe Installations Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships Australia-wide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier. Any delivery estimates displayed at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only.

Flat rate sample shipping

​

Sample orders incur a flat $15 shipping fee per order, whether you select 1 sample or up to 4 samples.

Delivery address & access​

​

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that safe access is available for delivery. If a re-delivery, redirection, or special handling is required due to incorrect details or access issues, additional charges may apply.

Inspecting your delivery (important)​

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged, note it with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items​

​

If your order arrives damaged, items are missing, or you believe the wrong item was supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:​

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (including packaging where relevant)

  • A short description of what’s wrong​

​

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
