Delivery areas

TimberLuxe Installations Pty Ltd ships panel orders throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area and the Mornington Peninsula. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout or in order communications where applicable.

Panel delivery fee

​

Panel orders are delivered for a flat $90 fee across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, regardless of the number of panels ordered.

​

Processing times

​

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by email are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Sample shipping

​

Sample shipping may vary depending on the offer available at the time. If a sample shipping fee applies, it will be shown before checkout or before your sample request is confirmed.

Delivery address and access

​

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that safe, clear access is available for delivery vehicles. Due to the size and weight of acoustic panels, deliveries are generally kerbside.

If re-delivery, redirection or special handling is required due to incorrect details or restricted access, additional charges may apply.

Inspecting your delivery

​

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note this with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

​

If your order arrives damaged, items are missing, or you believe the wrong item was supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue, including packaging where relevant

• A short description of the issue

 

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
