1. About These Terms These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and any purchases made through TimberLuxe Installations Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to update product pricing and availability at any time without notice.

• Product Visuals: Images are indicative only. Colours and finishes may vary due to lighting, screen settings, and natural manufacturing tolerances. We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing large quantities.

4. Orders and Payment Orders are confirmed only once payment is cleared and a confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery - We currently ship to the Melbourne metropolitan area and the Mornington Peninsula. A flat Shipping cost of $90 is payable for any panel orders and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

6. Samples are provided for colour and finish reference only. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Installation Services Where professional installation is selected:

• Panels: Payment for the physical product is required at checkout.

• Installation Fee: The installation component is invoiced separately upon completion.

• Variations: Any additional work required (e.g., power points, light switches, or non-standard wall conditions) will be quoted and discussed with you before work begins.

• Cancellations: We do not currently charge a fee for installation cancellations.

8. Returns and Refunds Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Returns and refunds for change of mind or fault are managed in accordance with our formal Refund Policy and the ACL.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimberLuxe Installations Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
