  • We may update product pricing and availability at any time.

  • Product images are indicative; colours and finishes may vary due to lighting, screens, and manufacturing tolerances. We recommend ordering samples before purchasing large quantities.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Shipping and delivery

​

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

Samples

​

Samples are provided for colour/finish reference only. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Installation (if selected)

​

Where professional installation is selected:

​

  • Panels are paid at checkout

  • Installation is invoiced after completion

  • Any additional work required (e.g., power points, light switches, or non-standard wall conditions) will be discussed with you before proceeding

  • We do not charge an installation cancellation fee

Returns and refunds

​

Returns and refunds are managed in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

​

Limitation of liability

​

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable state/territory laws.
