Products and pricing

 

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We may update product pricing, product information and availability at any time. If an order is affected by a pricing error, stock issue or website error, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the order.

 

Product images and finish variation

 

Product images are indicative only. Colours and finishes may vary due to lighting, screen settings, natural timber variation and manufacturing tolerances.

We strongly recommend viewing samples before purchasing panels, especially for larger projects or rooms where colour matching is important.

 

Orders and payment

 

Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared and an order confirmation has been issued.

We may cancel and refund an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, delivery issue or other reasonable business reason.

 

Shipping and delivery

 

We currently deliver panel orders across the Melbourne metropolitan area and the Mornington Peninsula.

A flat $90 delivery fee applies to panel orders. Delivery estimates may be provided at checkout or by email, but are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, access issues or events outside our control.

Samples

 

Samples are provided for colour and finish reference only. Samples may not represent every natural variation in the final panels.

Samples are not returnable or refundable for change of mind. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Installation services

 

Where professional installation is arranged:

• Panels are purchased and paid for upfront through the website.

• Installation labour is estimated separately and invoiced after the work is complete.

• Additional work, including cut-outs for power points, light switches, TV brackets, unusual wall conditions or access requirements, may affect the installation cost.

• Any variations or additional work will be discussed with you before proceeding.

We do not currently charge a cancellation fee for the installation component of an order. If a specific installation booking has already been arranged, please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Customer responsibilities

 

You are responsible for providing accurate order, delivery and contact details.

For installation enquiries, you are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements, photos and site details where requested. If key information is missing or inaccurate, installation estimates may need to be revised.

 

Returns and refunds

 

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and refunds, including change-of-mind returns and damaged, faulty or incorrect items, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

 

Limitation of liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimberLuxe Installations Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, product delays, delivery delays or installation scheduling changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Events outside our control

 

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include severe weather, natural disasters, transport delays, supplier delays, import delays, industrial action, government restrictions, site access issues, power or technology outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated timeframes.

 

Changes to these terms

 

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website applies at the time you use the website or place an order.

 

Governing law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
